Our provider collects your IP address when you visit our website. On the basis of the Privacy Policy for personal data, visitors’ IP addresses are anonymised in the log file. This data is automatically deleted after 9 weeks.

What do we use this data for?

We do not use this data at any time. We do not evaluate visits to our website.

The operator of this site takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Therefore, we do not collect any personal data on our website.

We process personal data that we receive from our customers or other suppliers in the context of our business relationship. Types of personal data are usually:

name, address, contact data (telephone, fax, email, homepage), if applicable, customer/supplier number.

Why do we process your data (purpose of processing) and on what legal basis?

We process the aforementioned data for the proper fulfilment of contractual obligations. The purposes of data processing are primarily based on the specific contractual relationship. Due to legal regulations, in particular accounting regulations, parts of this data can also be used for the purpose of preparing proper financial statements.

If you have given us express consent within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, this data may also be used for the purpose of making commercial contact and for other communication.

Who receives your personal data?

Within our company, only those bodies that require the personal data to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations have access to it.


 

With the exception of our tax consultant and his staff, all of whom are obliged to maintain special secrecy, such data will only be passed on to external bodies if and to the extent that you have expressly consented to such a transfer.

Is data transmitted to a third country or to an international organisation? (Data transfer)

Data is only transmitted to countries outside the EU if and to the extent that this is necessary to fulfil obligations arising from contracts with you, this is required by law or you have given us your express consent.

How long is my data stored? (Storage duration)

We process your personal data for as long as is required. This depends on the period that we need to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. If the data is no longer required for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations, it will be deleted, unless it is still required for the fulfilment of commercial or tax retention periods, or for the preservation of evidence in accordance with statutory limitation periods. The regular limitation period is three years (Sections 195 et seq. German Civil Code (BGB)), whereby the limitation period can last up to 30 years.

What data protection rights do I have? (Data subject’s rights)

Each data subject has the right under Art. 15 GDPR to information regarding the storage of data about them, the right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR, the right to deletion under Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR, the right to object under Art. 21 GDPR and the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR.

You can at any time revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data with future effect.

Is there an obligation for me to provide data?

In the context of our business relationship, you must provide us with various personal data in order to guarantee the fulfilment of obligations arising from the contractual relationship or to whose processing we are legally obliged.

Is automated decision-making or profiling carried out?

We do not make any automated decisions within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR to establish or carry out our business relations. Your personal data is not processed automatically with the aim of evaluating certain personal aspects (profiling).

Can I object to the use of my personal data? (Right to object)

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular personal situation.


 

If you assert this right to object, we will no longer use your personal data unless we can establish compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing is for the purposes of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims. A further exceptional reason is the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.
