MC-Foam WP
Dynamic foam mixing system for foaming of water-based adhesives for the wood industry and paper industry.
Five Good Reasons
for the Foam Mixing System MC-Foam WP
The drying intervals are considerably reduced by shorter setting times. This leads to savings in the drying process and/or increased production speeds.
The costs for adhesives are considerably reduced as the application rate is exactly reduced to the required minimum. The flatness of the product is considerably improved, which is a benefit for downstream processes like printing, cutting, milling, drilling and punching.
Application of the MC-FoamWP foam mixing system offers advantages that speak for themselves.

Foam Is The Solution
easy, clean, efficient
Whether displays, laminates, tube winding, veneer edges or simple edges systems have one thing on common: their high consumption of adhesives/glue in the production process.
Adhesives are generally made up of polymers, filling material, water and additives.
Due to a high degree of humidity, the drying process is connected with high effort and costs.
Exact metering of adhesives is difficult and the surface structure is affected by penetration of humidity into the application surface.
This problem can be solved by integration of a foam mixing system into the production process.
That Pays!
- Improved quality
- Increased production
- Reduced resource requirements
- Reduced energy consumption
- Maximised profits

Foam At Its Finest
Xtra class foam mixing system
MC-Foam WP replaces the pump of application systems and generally uses existing level automatics. It is automatically adjusted to the applied volume. This ensures continuous and even foam production.
All shaft seals of the machine are equipped by default with double-acting lip seals. They require less maintenance and are more cost-effective than conventional shaft seals.
The best-in-class MC-Foam WP is controlled by a SIEMENS PLC and features state-of-the-art sensors of German suppliers and a stainless steel housing.
The new mixing head generation of the mixing equipment manufacturer is unique: Made of one piece of V4A steel (steinless Steel DIN 1.4404), small, lightweight and highly efficient! This innovative mixing head technology makes MC-Foam WP the best of its class.
